1. Absolute Zero-Tolerance Commitment
LoveFlow maintains a strict, unyielding zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child sexual abuse, sexual solicitation of minors, and online child grooming. Protecting children from exploitation and harm is our highest priority.
2. Strict Adult-Only (18+) Platform
LoveFlow is an adult dating platform strictly intended and restricted for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- Minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing, or using LoveFlow under any circumstances.
- We do not offer accounts for minors or allow access with parental consent.
- Any account found or suspected to belong to a minor under 18 will be permanently deleted immediately.
3. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Under no circumstances may any user generate, upload, store, share, transmit, or solicit content or communications involving:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in any form.
- Visual depictions, explicit images, or sexualized content involving minors or individuals depicted as minors.
- Child grooming, sexual exploitation, or coercion of minors.
- Trafficking, solicitation, or sexual harassment directed at or involving minors.
4. Immediate Enforcement & Reporting to Law Enforcement (NCMEC)
If LoveFlow detects, receives a report of, or identifies any content, profile, or activity violating our CSAE and child protection standards:
- Immediate Action: The content will be removed instantly, and the offending user's account will be permanently banned and device identifiers blocked.
- Mandatory Legal Reporting: All instances of CSAM, CSAE, child exploitation, or child grooming will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant national and international law enforcement authorities.
- Data Preservation: Relevant account information, logs, and associated evidence will be preserved and provided to authorized law enforcement agencies in full compliance with legal processes.
5. How to Report CSAE or Child Safety Violations
If you discover or suspect any child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming behavior, or an underage user on LoveFlow, please report it immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Open the user's profile or chat, click the Report icon (🚩), and select "Child Sexual Abuse / Exploitation (CSAE)" or "Underage User" as the reason.
- Contact Us: Submit an urgent report on our Contact Page selecting "Child Safety / CSAE Report", or email us directly at acareer10b@gmail.com.
6. Applicable Laws & International Compliance Frameworks
LoveFlow adheres to international child protection and anti-exploitation standards across all jurisdictions where we operate, including:
- United States (18 U.S.C. § 2258A - NCMEC Mandatory Reporting; Children's Online Privacy Protection Act - COPPA)
- Canada (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act - PIPEDA, Criminal Code provisions)
